Cyprus Lodge Homes are currently offering a very unique opportunity for the right person to buy your own lodge park home and have an all-year-round part time paid job.

This is an ideal opportunity for either a single person or couple, with or without children to make their dreams of owning their own home and working in Cyprus a reality. The cost of this lodge is only 50,000 euros.

The park home assistant's lodge is on plot 18, with elevated views across the lodge park, and surrounding mountains. It is a single lodge home, with double bedroom en-suit, and twin bedroom with extra bathroom beside it. As you will see from the pictures below, this lodge comes beautifully designed and furnished.

The owner of this beautiful lodge home will be employed by Cyprus Lodge Homes on an all-year-round part time basis to undertake the gardening and general upkeep of the park and cleaning the swimming pools (training can be provided). This is ideal as a second job, as the working hours can be flexible.

The ideal person will have a very good understanding of spoken and written English. Be fit to do all year round gardening. Experience of living on a residential park home site and knowledge of how British residential park home sites are run would be advantageous. Should also be a car driver and owner.

The lodge must be paid for in full before an employment contract is offered. As well as a monthly salary, the park assistant will get free annual site fees (land rent) however they will be responsible for their annual local rates, insuring the lodge, as well as metered electricity, gas and water.

Our residential park site offers a more relaxed and peacefull lifestyle, living in economical modern lodge homes, and surrounded by beautiful olive groves and mountains, yet with Limassol City just 20 minutes drive away. As we have a year round residential park home licence, most of the owners are permanent residents, however some are seasonal residents who visit for holidays.
